These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the List First Mentor website and funnels, and the purchase and use of our digital products, courses, templates, and services.

By using the site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Digital products” includes templates, downloads, prompt packs, checklists, and other digital materials.
“Courses” includes any training content delivered digitally.
“Services” includes implementation, build services, audits, and project based deliverables.

2. Who we serve

Our offers are educational and business related. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when needed.

3. Accounts and access

If an offer includes a login, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access. You may not share access, resell, or distribute the content.

4. Intellectual property

All content, templates, course materials, and downloads are owned by Mia Lilli Rosendale or licensed to us.

You receive a limited, personal, non transferable license to use purchased digital products and course materials for your own business.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the materials

  • claim the materials as your own

  • copy or publish templates, prompts, or training content for commercial distribution

5. Payments

All prices are shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize charges.

If you use a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments.

6. Delivery of digital products and courses

Digital products and course access are delivered electronically via email, a download link, or an online portal.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address and ensuring you can receive emails and access downloads.

7. Services and scope

Services are project based and scope is defined in writing (for example via an order form, proposal, invoice, or onboarding form).

Unless explicitly included in writing, services do not include:

  • ongoing management

  • ad management

  • copywriting beyond agreed deliverables

  • custom design beyond agreed deliverables

  • tech support for third party platforms outside the agreed scope

You agree to provide timely access, logins, assets, and feedback. Delays from you may delay timelines.

8. No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, conversions, or business results. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Our refund rules are explained in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Nothing in our policies removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have an issue, contact us first at add your email here so we can help.

Initiating a chargeback while receiving support or after accessing digital content may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption

  • our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service that gave rise to the claim

12. Termination

We may terminate access if you violate these Terms, including sharing or reselling materials.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Refund Policy (digital products, courses, services)

We sell digital products and digital services. Because digital content is delivered immediately and services involve time and resources, our standard policy is no refunds except where required by law.

Digital products and courses

All sales are final once access is delivered.

If EU consumer law applies, you may have a 14 day right of withdrawal for online purchases, with exceptions for digital content not supplied on a physical medium when:

  1. you request immediate delivery, and

  2. you acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

To enforce “no refunds” properly, we require that acknowledgement at checkout where applicable.

Services

Services are generally not refundable once work has started.

If EU consumer law applies, you may have a 14 day right of withdrawal for service contracts. If you explicitly request we begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may be required to pay for the portion of the service already performed. If the service is fully performed during the withdrawal period with the required consent and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right can be lost.

Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, fix access issues or delivery problems if:

  • you did not receive access due to a technical error on our side

  • the file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement

This is not a refund, it is a delivery fix.
